A TRUE FAMILY BUSINESS
The story of Buddha Belly Deli starts like most cooking stories, in the kitchen with mom. Mark’s mother, Judy, made a name for herself by opening a small Thai restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She loved cooking for family and friends, and she treated everyone who came to her restaurant as both. She connected with people through her cooking, her generous spirit, and her faith. She passed on these gifts to her children and we opened Buddha Belly Deli as a tribute to her and all of our moms.
Mark and his partners Don, Clint, and Ridge hope to continue this legacy of making great food and bringing people together with Buddha Belly Deli.
